for AFTER HOURS SUPPORT the procedure is as follows:

1. Dial (Toll Free) 1-888-282-9293 and follow the menu.
2. You will be connected directly to a Technical Support Advisor who take your customer information and forward it onto the e.care NOC Engineer.

While investigation and remediation by a NOC engineer, and/or dispatch of an engineer to the affected site, please be aware that overtime charges will apply for customers not covered by an e.comm Maintenence Contract specifying 24×7 coverage.  The overtime support services should you not have an ongoing contract will be COD.
