I wanted to send you a special thank you to your company.  As you are aware, we moved our DR site with no little to no issues.  E.comm was very thorough throughout the project and it showed in the end result with a successful move.  Your Project Manager did a great job learning our environment and bringing up points/issues that our previous vendor did not and helped resolving potential issues.  This is the kind of relationship Spencer has been long looking for and I am happy we moved to E.Comm Technologies from our previous vendor.  We were especially nervous in moving our equipment, because we are not phone specialists, and have had issues in the past when it came to phone projects.  I want to just let you know you have a star in your Project Manager  as at no point did we feel nervous.  He was in constant communication via telephone conferences and also on site.
